Follow Up Session

Service Description

During our follow up session we'll begin to unpack the suggested recommendations in the BluePrint, review exercises and discuss how the recent changes have affected your initial concerns. Keep in mind this is a work in progress, changes won't happen overnight. Everyday you stay in focus and put forth the effort needed is one day towards a healthy sexual relationship and better health. Keep in mind, I will be providing you "tools" that you can use through seasons of your life.
