Discovery Session + BluePrint

Service Description

During the Discovery Session we'll talk about everything from general health to what's going on with your current "sexual script". We'll get to the "root" of your issue(s) by breaking things down into three parts; what's going on in your body (think physical and body function), what's going on in your mind (think sexual thoughts, behaviors and feelings) and lastly what's going on in the relationship, both inside and outside the bedroom. I'll follow up our session with a customized "BluePrint" outlining recommendations and next steps towards a healthy sexual relationship. This is your first step towards optimal health and amazing intimacy!
